Today faced issues with Upstox... placed order around 9.58.41 am when NF was 10680 F (SL 10665 F).
Order failed to get executed... neither could this be cancelled or modified.
Problem not resolved till EOD. (Edit: margin blocked released as of 6 pm).
Tragedy is this trade with SL or R=15 points would have given a profit of 10742-10680=60 points or 4R.
I lodged a complaint at 10.34 and received reply shortly. Here is email...
