US markets give a thumbs up to the Indian budget; rally 2%

This post is for those who believe any event has some underlying reason/ cause.

Note that the media always needs some statement as to why markets went up.

So I am offering my own reason.... US markets had a beautiful pre (Indian) budget rally and now they liked the budget, the markets went up even more.
